Booking and preparation

What is a day-session?

Our tattoo artists offer "day-sessions", that typically implies a 6-7 hour session where you are working on your tattoo project. This mostly offer you a cheaper hourly rate than booking shorter sessions or project prices.

A day-session can both be used on several small/medium tattoos or one big project.

The time schedule for your session, depends on which artist you're getting tattooed by. Expect to start at morning till afternoon/evening.

Our tattoo artist will have your design ready for when you arrive at your appointment. So regarding the design, there will only be used time on adjustments in the design.

The session starts when you arrive at the agreed upon time, and ends after the agreed hours.

Included in the session is; making adjustments in the design, preparing our stations and a lunchbreak for the artist and customer.

It can be possible to buy additional time, if the tattoo is not done at the ending of your session. Ask your tattoo artist if it is possible on the day of your appointment.

How do I prepare for my tattoo session?

Eat and be well rested when showing up for your tattoo session. It's helps your body when going through the tattoo process.

Even though you don't normally eat breakfast, or don't have an appetite, it's important to eat before your session. The pain and healing is more bearable, when your body have stable blood sugar levels.

Don't drink large amounts of alcohol 24 hours before your session. Alcohol lowers the immune system and is also blood thinning, and neither is a good mix when getting a tattoo.

Be mindful of what clothes to wear. Think comfortable and practical.

The placement you want tattooed needs to be easily accessible, but you also need to be able to feel comfortable and relaxed in your clothes.

Do not wear your favorite white top or pants though, since there is always a risk of ink getting on your clothes, which might be hard to get off.

If you are on any blood thinning medication, talk to your doctor about possibly taking a break (if possible) from your medication, some time before your appointment, and generally if it's still safe for you to get tattooed

If you are on any supplements that's blood thinning, stop taking it 14 days before your tattoo session.

It's important not to show up sick to your tattoo session!
